Understanding Terms & Conditions
At Soulani, every piece is selected with intention, care, and the highest standards of quality. For the safety and comfort of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate items. This includes panties, thongs, bodysuits, teddies, and any garment that comes into direct contact with intimate areas. These items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
We accept returns on non-intimate apparel such as dresses, robes, loungewear, and bras that are not part of a set, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and has all tags and hygienic liners attached. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please contact us at contact@thesoulani.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Soulani reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, Soulani is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier directly. While we will support you through the process, Soulani is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed delivered by the carrier.
