• Panties

• Thongs

• Bodysuits

• Teddies

• Any garment that comes into direct contact with the intimate areas

These items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

We accept returns on non-intimate apparel such as dresses, robes, loungewear, and bras that are not part of a set, as long as the item is:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In its original condition

• With all tags and hygienic liners attached

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

To begin a return, please contact us at contact@thesoulani.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
